I always want to add 'laugh this is your present' after that sentiment, maybe I've read too many unfunny shop bought cards!

This is a bit of a CAS card, no flowers and its not all covered in papers - wow! I've used a different colour pallet to normal for this cute stamp from Wee Stamps called Sympathy Bugs, I don't do too much black but I really love the colour combo on this card.

Me and my cat

Welcome Little One

I made this new baby card for my SIL's sister who had a baby girl 3 weeks ago now, I made it before I knew what she was having so had to keep it neutral.

The photos I got of it were awful so apologies for them!

Flower Hairbands

Not a stamp or card in sight! Something completely different for my Niece, she asked my mum for flowers in her hair and my mum couldn't find any for her so I made some for her with flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, some felt, hairbands, circle nesties (the smallest one) and hot glue, simple! I don't know if they'll last as they wont be waterproof but I'm sure she'll love them!

I'm also entering them into the Wild Orchid Challenge 'Round in Circles' as I used circle nesties for the bases, don't know if it will qualify though!

With the last copy of Papercraft Essentials (UK) I got a free set of Wee Stamps, I don't normally buy craft mags but love Wee Stamps so it was great to see such an amazing free gift with a magazine and had to buy it!

Fluffy on the Lily

A very clean and simple card today I don't think I've ever made a card with no embellishments on before! This lovely image is 'Fluffy on the Lily' by Wee Stamps/Whimsy Stamps, how cute is he!

I'm having real trouble photographing my cards at the moment, I think my new house is a bit darker inside than my old one which had lots of spot lights in the ceiling. I will keep persevering though!

My Sister in Law has just moved into a new home, so when I saw this card from Kittie I knew it would be perfect for her!

I'm amazed at how many punches I have that had never been used, the bird, square and butterfly were all years old and never used! And after seeing Kitties cards with all those flowers and leaves I went a bit mad over at the craft barn and bought lots of lovely Memory Box and Poppy Stamps dies!
